SUBSCRIPTION TERMS: Subscribers enrolled in EZ-PAY are enrolled in a continuous subscription program that automatically renews at the end of each subscription term unless canceled prior to renewal. New subscribers are defined as individuals who have not received paid service within the previous sixty (60) days. Subscription prices and publication days are subject to change. This subscription grants the subscriber a fully prepaid, limited license to receive and access subscription materials for the duration of the subscription term.
Subscribers who elect to prepay acknowledge that pricing adjustments, publication schedule changes, additional content, bonus editions, operational fees, or other surcharges may occur during the prepaid period and may result in either an extension or reduction of the subscription term. Subscriptions may include up to one bonus edition per month, and any applicable charges not included in the original payment may be deducted from the prepaid balance.
Due to unforeseen increases in business and operational expenses outside the publisher's control - including, but not limited to, tariffs, fuel costs, postage rate increases, and vendor-related expenses - the publisher may periodically adjust the length of future subscription terms. Such adjustments may occur no more than twice per calendar year, typically in or around March and/or September. No individual adjustment will reduce a future subscription term by more than two (2) weeks, and cumulative reductions will not exceed four (4) weeks during any twelve-month period. Any adjustment will apply only to a future renewal term and will be disclosed to subscribers prior to renewal. Continued use or renewal of the subscription following such notice constitutes acceptance of the adjusted term.
The publisher reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue refunds or credits. The issuance of a refund or credit does not obligate the publisher to provide the same or similar refund or credit in the future. No refunds will be issued when the remaining subscription term is one (1) month or less.
